One of the fantastic aspects of the programme is the series of cookery classes, led by Contessa Enrica Rocca or her wonderful daughter Charlotte, who has been trained over the years. Students get to go to the Rialto market and buy fresh produce that they later prepare...and eat.
This year we've had the unusual experience of having summer fruit, vegetables and seafood.
